Ryan will be presenting a presentation on common Residential Code violations that are found during site visits by the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors Field Investigators. This presentation will detail the code violations and offer opportunities for discussion around them. It will also allow for discussion on resources and information available to help licensed general contractors understand and interpret the North Carolina Building Codes. The presentation will also highlight some key law and regulations changes.
